The historic Royal Museum and contemporary Museum of Scotland are two of the most unique and impressive venues available in central Edinburgh for evening and day time functions.

The National Museums of Scotland can play host to all types of events, from corporate dinner dances to extravagant birthday parties. The Victorian Main Hall in the Royal Museum accommodates a maximum of 650 guests for dinner, 500 for a dinner dance, or 1500 for a standing reception and the Museum of Scotland has gallery space to seat 120, or impressive Boardrooms to seat up to 50 guests.

Did you know...?
The Cramond Lioness, a sandstone lioness from a Roman officer's memorial, is on view in The Early People Gallery. It was discovered in 1997 by a local man after 1800 years under the river bed.
