The Ghost of Jenny Spinner still haunts the halls of Knebworth House.  Guests have often heard the sound of Jenny's spinning wheel coming from the area of the long demolished East Wing.  It was here that Jenny was locked away after an indescretion with the then Lord of the House.  To this day, Jenny mourns her lost love, and illegitimate child that she bore him.
