The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
headquarters in London is a fine listed building that dates from 1899. It can accommodate events ranging from private board committees to formal dinners for up to 100 people and other events for as many as 130 delegates.

Choose from its ten rooms, ranging from the intimacy of the York room to the splendour of the oak-panelled Lecture Hall. The Victorian Lecture Hall is exceptionally versatile and can be used as a 130-seat conference theatre or for a formal dinner for up to 80.  From the 5th floor terrace guests can enjoy a panoramic view of Westminster Abbey, Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament.
